Director
Dan Magree MRE FAPI
Dan is a property industry veteran with 25+ years of experience. He specialises in providing expert advice and direction on major properties and developments around Australia. More recently he has built a network of clients and contacts in Asia, particularly in Singapore and Malaysia.
Dan provides advice on Investment grade properties across all asset classes with particular expertise in the Retirement, Aged Care and Private Hospital Sectors.
In addition to his Property Valuation expertise, Dan has extensive experience in capital markets, structuring and raising debt and equity for owners and developers. His experience includes working with Arthur Andersen in their Real Estate Group, heading the Real Estate Investment Banking Group for Merrill Lynch in Australia and more recently as a Director of m3property and m3capital. Dan has managed significant property disposals and undertaken due diligence assignments on some of the largest property acquisitions in Australia.
Dan is also a key person on three licences (Peak Equities, Aus Finance Group and Regis Capital). His role entails property identification and acquisition, due diligence, syndicate structuring and risk management.
